DESCRIPTION:Golf Tournament | Sept 16\nIt's time for our annual golfing fundraiser. In 2015 this tournament raised over $3\,000 to help make it possible to provide over 10 scholarships and grant opportunities to the Burnsville\, Eagan\, Savage (ISD 191) classrooms and students. Tournament begins at noon and dinner is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse.\n\nLocation | Crystal Lake Golf Club\n\n16725 Innsbrook Dr\, Lakeville\, MN 55044\n\nTime: registration at 11 a.m. with a 12 p.m. shotgun start\n\nCost | $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome\, which includes golf cart\, lunch ticket\, dinner\, and awards ceremony. There is also a dinner-only option for $20.\n\nRegistration Deadline | August 25\n\nRegister and pay via our PayPal site (right of this page)\n\nEmail: 191foundation@gmail.com or phone: 952-707-4112\n\n\n\nTournament Sponsorship Opportunities \n\nBy participating in this annual event\, you will be supporting Foundation 191 and the students within our school district. We ask that you consider a Gold Sponsor with a donation of $750. This would allow your company to have 4 golfers\, your company name displayed on the first tee box\, receive recognition in the event program\, table tents\, gift bags and be verbally mentioned at dinner. For your four golfers donation includes golf\, cart\, lunch tickets\, dinner\, and ceremony.  In order to get your information on our 2016 flyer we would need to get your digital information by August 5th.  If you need more time July 31 is our deadline for hole sponsorship\, flyer not with standing. We are anticipating close to 120 golfers this year\, making this the biggest tournament to date.
