His passion for the study of human behavior and his experience in sales, distribution, manufacturing, retail sales and the medical field provides a broad spectrum of insight and knowledge to his work. Gerry is known throughout the U.S. for his high-energy presentations, humor and a "straight talking" approach to management.
Gerry founded Personnel Dynamics Consulting in 1999 and today is considered one of the most exciting voices in the field of workforce development and organizational change. He has been featured in HR Magazine for his work on the Workforce 2020 program. His "Best Places To Work" program one of six recipients worldwide of the 2002 National Pinnacle Award from the Society for Human Resource Management. With this information, he determines the best places to work and can provide his clients and audiences with the real life solutions to the challenging businesses face every day. Gerry is a Certified "Predictive Index" Consultant and in 2012 introduced his newest venture with the release of TurnoverCalculator.com, a website dedicated to educating employers on the costs of losing good employees.
